Serena Anand assists clients with transactional, regulatory, investigation, and litigation matters, with a focus on the aviation sector and consumer product issues.
Serena leverages her experience in government investigations and enforcement litigation to assist and advise her clients on matters relating to internal and external investigations, risk analysis, regulatory and reporting obligations, quality control, safety and compliance programs, and product recalls. Serena also leverages her experience as a trial attorney to assist her clients in all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Serena was a Trial Attorney in the Office of Compliance and Field Operations, Division of Enforcement and Litigation, at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. Prior to that, she worked as a General Attorney in the Borrower Defense Group in the Office of Enforcement at the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid. Serena is a native English and German speaker.
