Toni has focused on disease claims resolution for over 20 years and has an in depth knowledge of the law and practicalities of claims handling in this area.
She works for the majority of the legacy insurers and reinsurers in the UK and is qualified in both Scots and English law.
Toni has run several high profile asbestos trials in Scotland's high court, with a 100% success rate.
She co-manages Scotland's biggest disease defence team with David Tait, and also works alongside Toby Scott, running Clyde & Co's Newcastle disease team.
