Darling is a Senior Associate in Clyde & Co’s corporate group and is based in the Brisbane office. She advises on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity and incident response management, data breach regulatory investigations and crisis response strategies. Darling has significant expertise providing advice on privacy breaches involving technology and information assets, IT liability and claims mitigation.

Within her practice, Darling provides advice on legal and regulatory compliance obligations with new data protection regulations and legislation in multiple national and international jurisdictions. In addition, Darling also provides strategic advice on technology sourcing and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (University of Western Sydney) and Bachelor of Arts (Macquarie University).
