Jason Balsamo represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes arising out of financial institutions (FI) and directors' and officers' (D&O) liability policies. In addition to advising insurers regarding coverage, he works with and monitors defense counsel on a nationwide basis and participates in mediations and settlement negotiations throughout the country. Jason also has experience handling complex coverage litigation, including extensive motion practice and discovery disputes.
