Peter has experience in both direct insurance and indirect insurance-related work. His experience includes interpreting policy wordings, advising on insurance coverage, and acting in matters involving subrogated recoveries and the defence of subrogated claims.
He also has experience advising on cyber-related matters, including issues arising from cyber incidents, cyber insurance policies, and associated coverage considerations.
Peter also has experience in litigation, having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes. His litigation experience includes advising clients on strategy, assessing and managing risk, drafting pleadings and other court documents, and representing clients throughout the various stages of legal proceedings.
Finally, Peter has assisted in advising clients on projects and construction matters, including contract administration, contractual risk allocation, and the resolution of disputes arising from infrastructure and construction projects.
