Remy's experience spans healthcare, hospitality and leisure, oil and gas, technology, real estate and the wider consumer and luxury sectors. Remy has extensive expertise in cross-border transactions and shareholder arrangements involving multinational corporates, family offices, founders, and institutional investors.
Specialising in cross-border M&A, Remy spent six years practicing as a corporate lawyer in London before relocating to the region, gaining extensive experience on high-value, complex transactions for international clients. She has acted on deals across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Remy is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She graduated with a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the University of Northumbria, UK in 2013, and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Newcastle, UK in 2012.
