Verinder Bedi is a Legal Director at our Birmingham office. He is also the technical lead of the Birmingham Motor Team.
Verinder focuses his practise on dealing with civil and criminal motor claims for a range of insurer and corporate companies. He handles large value, multi-track civil personal injury claims, as well as Magistrates Court Offences.
He advises on the crossover between motor insurance policies and dual insurance issues. Within this particular area, Verinder specialises in the Road Traffic Acts (RTA), Article 75 and Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) claims.
Verinder frequently deals with six-figure claims for credit hire, and also advises on various credit hire related issues. As a part of this work he regularly provides industry-wide guidance and feedback.
