Brian Donovan focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation, including bad faith litigation, as well as commercial litigation involving insurers nationally, with a focus on Washington and Oregon.
In addition to his litigation practice, Brian provides strategic advice, guidance, and counsel to insurers on both first- and third-party claims arising under commercial general liability, excess and umbrella, errors and omissions, and other types of policies.
Previously, Brian served as an Assistant US Attorney, focusing on financial litigation and asset forfeiture matters, and was Chief of the Civil Division for the US Attorney’s Office in Spokane, Washington.
Brian also has experience with handling complex bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real property disputes.
