Jasper is a Senior Associate in the Employment team in our London office and has worked in the team since 2019, having trained at the firm.
His work includes advising on the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
He has considerable experience handling Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He has also advised employers on High Court disputes including breach of contract claims and injunctions (including in respect of team moves). His experience also includes a stint working for the Government Legal Department, managing Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of Government clients.
He also has extensive experience managing responses to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
He has experience advising clients on a range of workplace issues, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, large (collective) and small scale redundancies, sexual harassment, restrictive covenants, contractual and policy issues, data protection, IR35, partnership law, AI and ESG, mental health and ED&I issues.
He has completed two in-house secondments, at a FTSE 100 listed company and an international financial services organisation, providing him with first-hand insight into the issues faced by in-house counsel and HR teams.
He has presented on various employment law topics including managing investigations and disciplinary processes, sexual harassment, latest trends and case law updates.

- Negotiating settlement agreements and COT3s.
- Assisting employers with responding to DSARs, including advising on the process, coordinating the review and ensuring GDPR compliance.
