Natasha Doelman is a Senior Associate with a practice focused on dispute resolution and commercial litigation. She advises and represents clients across a range of industries in matters involving construction, property damage, professional liability, contractual disputes, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and other commercial claims. Her experience includes litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution in a broad range of commercial and risk-related matters.
She regularly acts for lenders, debtors, trustees, monitors, and receivers in insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and has experience with matters arising under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), and court-appointed receiverships.
Natasha has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta. She is committed to delivering practical, strategic advice and helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges.
Before joining Clyde & Co, she practised commercial litigation and restructuring with leading national law firms in Calgary.
Natasha is committed to access to justice initiatives and volunteers through the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the King's Bench Amicus Program at the Calgary Courts Centre, where she provides pro bono legal assistance to self-represented litigants.
