Felicity specialises in real estate finance and has over four years' experience advising lenders and borrowers, including investment banks and debt funds, as well as developers on complex UK and pan-European real estate finance transactions.
Her experience includes investment and development financings, refinancings and restructurings of real estate debt, as well as senior/mezzanine, PIK and loan-on-loan structures. She has acted on transactions across a wide range of real estate asset classes, including logistics, build-to-rent and build-to-sell residential developments, offices, hotels, student accommodation, hospitals, care homes and retail parks.
