Célestine advises airlines, operators, financiers and lessors on a broad range of transactions, including financing and leasing projects, and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Célestine acquired experience in the legal department of a major oil and gas company, as well as in an international law firm.
Célestine holds a Master's degree in International Private Law and International Commerce from University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (France), and a LL.M in European and International Business Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (Germany). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
