Jamie Gende serves as coverage counsel for domestic and international property and casualty insurance companies. Jamie's practice focuses on a wide range of complex coverage disputes, including matters involving third-party general liability coverage, first-party property, excess liability, bad faith, sexual abuse, malicious prosecution, pollution, public entity, professional liability, and biometric privacy/cyber.
Jamie has extensive experience resolving coverage disputes in pre-suit, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jamie worked as a complex claims consultant for a large domestic commercial insurer.
