Malaka Goudy focuses her practice in the area of complex civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability cases.
During law school, Malaka was an editor on the Journal of Law & Public Policy and was a Research Assistant to her criminal law professor. Additionally, Malaka completed a legal clinic at Southern Legal Counsel, where she focused on aiding homeless residents who lost their property during “property sweeps.” Moreover, Malaka participated in the University of Florida’s Semester in Practice program, where she served as a judicial intern for Judge Eric Wm. Hendon of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.
