Before entering the legal profession, Paul worked in the commercial sector under various guises within commercial strategy and business development across the wider technology sector, including within financial spread betting, online betting and gaming, e-commerce, and digital marketing technology. 

After completing law school, Paul worked as a paralegal in technology and data protection law, including for fintech challenger bank Revolut, before starting his training contract in September 2020. 

After completing his training contract Paul qualified in September 2022, after which he advised on the contracting for a complex and large-scale IT services re-procurement by a UK regulator. He also undertook a 16-month secondment to the BBC’s Commercial & Technology Legal team where he advised on a wide-range of technology contracts and procurements. Paul has also advised various MVNOs on changes to telecoms regulation, and worked extensively with a wide range of clients from central government, to leading UK supermarkets and global financial services and technology businesses.

Paul currently works with clients in both the UK and Middle East on the full range of technology, data protection and outsourcing matters.
