Pearce is a paralegal in the firm's Aviation Liability team, based in our Manchester office.
His work focuses on contentious aviation matters, advising air carriers and their insurers on liability arising from personal injury, cargo and baggage claims, as well as disputes under EU and UK Regulation 261/2004. He manages his own caseload, developing strategy and driving claims through to resolution, while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex, high value matters.
Pearce has experience handling claims across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and frequently works with local counsel and industry stakeholders to navigate the legal and regulatory challenges of international aviation disputes.
He graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class degree in International Relations, which underpins his understanding of the global environment in which airlines operate.
