Constantine Hadjipateras focuses his practice in the areas of Marine, Energy, and Natural Resources, counseling clients on commercial, regulatory, and litigation disputes. He has been involved in significant cases involving maritime casualty claims, inland marine, personal injury, cargo damage, charterparty, and commercial contract disputes. He has also counseled clients in the regulatory arena, advising clients on compliance with the laws and regulations of the US Coast Guard, the US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of Transportation, and environmental enforcement under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and the Clean Water Act.
While at Tulane Law School, Constantine was a member of the Maritime Law Journal and obtained a Certificate in Admiralty Law.
