Helen joined the Healthcare team as a Senior Associate in December 2022. She has a large caseload of complex, high value clinical negligence claims including cerebral palsy and other child brain injury cases, maternal obstetric injuries, adult brain injuries and cauda equina syndrome.
Helen also has experience of HRA claims, third party contribution and indemnity issues and group actions.
The majority of her caseload is on behalf of NHS Trusts on the instructions of NHS Resolution, but she also represents doctors and nurses in primary care.
