Stephan Hoffman focuses his practice on litigation and appeals in state and federal courts at every stage of a lawsuit. He has defended individuals, municipalities, corporate entities, and insurers in a wide variety of civil matters, including premises liability, personal injury, civil rights violations, business disputes, bad faith, and insurance coverage. Stephan also regularly serves as appellate counsel in high-exposure cases, where he is often engaged at pivotal stages both before and after verdict to assist clients and trial counsel with strategy, dispositive motions, record preservation, post-trial briefing, and handling the appeal.
