Nathan Karlsgodt focuses his practice on insurance coverage law and commercial litigation. Experienced in a wide range of property and commercial general liability policies, Nathan advises and litigates first- and third-party insurance disputes in both state and federal courts.
Nathan has represented Lloyd’s syndicates and domestic insurer’s interests in complex, multi-party insurance coverage claims, including in areas of premises liability, construction defect, and environmental law.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Nathan’s experience included working as a coverage specialist for a domestic commercial insurer, as well as in private practice as a coverage attorney in Chicago, Illinois.
