Erica Liu is a Law Graduate in Clyde & Co's Sydney office, specialising in first party property insurance acting for major international insurers.
Erica has experience in managing claims arising from fire, storms and water ingress, as well as complex claims involving contested ownership. Erica has also assisted insurers in subrogated recovery actions and in coverage disputes.
Erica also has experience in general commercial litigation in the Federal Court of Australia in the context of business interruption claims made in the context of COVID-19
