Garion Liberti focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, including construction, labor and employment, securities, maritime, and property damage matters. Garion has represented insurance companies, real estate owners and developers, corporate shareholders, and other entities at all phases of litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. He has substantial experience managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and assisting at trial and mediation.
Garion is a graduate of Cornell Law School, where he served as an associate on the LII Supreme Court Bulletin. In his free time, Garion enjoys hiking, running, traveling, film, and world history.
