Jiyoung Lim Larson is dual-qualified as a South Korean and US (California and New York) lawyer and she represents clients in antitrust, trade, sanctions, and cross-border regulatory matters, with a particular focus on maritime-related issues. Jiyoung's practice also includes complex commercial and regulatory litigation in California state and federal courts.
With more than nine years of experience at international law firms in New York and Seoul, South Korea, Jiyoung has advised clients on multi-jurisdictional investigations and cross-border disputes involving antitrust and competition, trade, and regulatory enforcement. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, automotive, energy, maritime, chemicals, manufacturing, and life sciences sectors.
Working alongside highly respected trial counsel in California, Jiyoung has substantial experience handling complex commercial and product-related litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts. She regularly manages all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation.
Jiyoung is fluent in Korean and regularly advises on matters involving Korean, Asia-Pacific, and US regulatory regimes.
