Olivia is an Associate in Clyde & Co's Projects & Construction group in London. She advises employers, developers, contractors and other construction professionals on a range of contentious construction matters, with a particular focus on building safety, fire safety and cladding-related disputes.

Olivia advises clients on complex construction disputes, including matters involving defective design and workmanship, façade and fire-safety defects, contractual claims and issues arising under the Building Safety Act 2022. Her experience includes High Court and County Court litigation, adjudication and mediation.

Her recent work has included matters concerning the remediation of residential and mixed-use developments, including advising on potential liability and routes to recovery against developers, contractors, consultants and construction product manufacturers.
