Phutita has a particular expertise in matters relating to cargo claims, contract of carriage disputes as well as ship arrests. She primarily represents marine insurers and cargo owners pursuing recovery claims arising out of carriage of goods by sea, by road, by air and multimodal transportation. She has regularly assisted clients to resolve the disputes by reaching beneficial settlement agreement through negotiation. She also has experience on acting for client on commercial litigation, and debt recovery actions.
