Sompatsorn is a Thailand-based senior associate with a broad corporate law practice covering cross-border M&A, capital markets, general corporate advisory, and commercial matters. She advises domestic and international clients across sectors including hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, energy, retail, food and beverage, and technology. Her practice focuses on Thailand M&A transactions, foreign investment into Thailand, joint ventures, strategic investments, and corporate restructurings, making her a trusted adviser on both transactional and advisory mandates.
Her experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, from legal due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction management to drafting, negotiating, and executing definitive agreements. She regularly advises on share and asset acquisitions, mergers, divestments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and strategic partnerships, with a practical and commercially focused approach. She has acted on significant domestic and cross-border matters for listed companies, multinational businesses, investors, and corporate groups, including high-value acquisitions, disposals, and investments in Thailand.
Sompatsorn also has strong experience in equity and debt capital markets, including IPOs, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, SET listings, and green bond issuances. In addition, she advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, company secretarial matters, and commercial contract drafting, including shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, service agreements, and supply agreements.
