Katrina is an Associate in Clyde & Co’s Healthcare team, specialising in clinical negligence work. She acts for NHS Resolution and represents a wide range of NHS Trusts, healthcare providers, and general practitioners.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, Katrina has developed experience across the healthcare litigation landscape. Before joining Clyde & Co, she trained and worked within a claimant-focused firm, later moving to another leading defendant practice. This experience gives her valuable insight into how claims are approached from both sides, enabling her to provide balanced, strategic advice to clients.
Katrina manages a caseload spanning a wide range of medical specialties, including emergency medicine, orthopaedics, obstetrics, surgery, radiology, and primary care. She regularly handles high-value and complex claims and is experienced in advising on all stages of the litigation process.
