Kelly is a commercial litigator who has advised and acted for her clients in matters in the Federal Court of Australia and courts in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. Kelly provides a clear and strategic pathway through complex litigation for both her insurer clients and their insureds.
Kelly has quickly established herself as a respected litigator and insurance lawyer as well as coverage and defence counsel in matters involving alleged breaches of professional, statutory and common law duties, complex indemnity disputes, commercial litigation, superannuation law disputes and in response to various public and regulatory inquiries. Kelly also advises clients through coronial and other state government investigations in Victoria.
Kelly thrives on taking on novel and complex work. She regularly acts as defence counsel in high profile matters where she provides invaluable and strategic advice. She also regularly advises on contentious casualty, third party liability, contract works and professional indemnity disputes to both local and international clients.
She remains at the forefront of the latest developments and emerging trends in her field.
