Rachael is an Associate based the in Edinburgh office. She joined Clyde & Co as a trainee in 2020, and on completion of her traineeship joined the Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team in 2022. 

She acts for insurer clients and self-insured organisations in relation to personal injury cases arising from road traffic accidents, employers liability, and public liability. She regularly appears in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland for contentious hearings and proofs (civil trials). 

Rachael is a member of Clyde & Co’s subject matter group for amputation claims, and also the subject matter group for advocacy. She is also part of the dedicated fraud team in Scotland.
