Samata Masagee is a leading corporate lawyer specialising in complex cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, antitrust and regulatory matters.
She has been trusted counsel to Thailand’s premier blue-chip companies making their inaugural international investments, private equity clients deploying capital into innovative and high-growth sectors, as well as multinational corporations establishing and expanding their footprint across Thailand – bringing rare fluency across the full spectrum of sophisticated transactions.
Samata has devised on some of Thailand’s most landmark and complex transactions, including multiple deals recognised as Thailand’s Deal of the Year.
