Dominic is the managing partner of the Montreal office of Clyde & Co. In 2009, he was appointed managing partner of a leading insurance boutique which merged with Clyde & Co in 2011.
Dominic’s practice over the past thirty years has focused on insurance, professional liability and civil law. He has built his litigation practice in cases involving contractors, directors and officers, engineers, land surveyors, media companies and manufacturers. Dominic also has considerable experience in insurance coverage matters and has represented insurers before the courts in coverage disputes.
Dominic has spoken at numerous conferences on insurance and civil law at the Quebec Bar, the Quebec Damage Insurance Chamber, the Canadian Institute and other organizations.
Benchmark Litigation has recognized Dominic as a Litigation Star in the fields of Commercial, Insurance and Professional Liability Litigation. He was also selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada in the fields of Insurance Law and Construction Law.
