Laura Oliver joined Clyde & Co in 2020 from Hogan Lovells as a partner in the real estate team.
Laura's extensive experience includes high value and complex investment acquisitions and disposals and high profile leases. Laura has particular expertise in strategic sale and leaseback projects for corporate occupiers.
Laura enjoys the tangible nature of real estate and takes pride in offering her clients an exemplary service founded on a solid understanding of their commercial objectives.
Laura Oliver listens carefully to the problems or issues being aired and has a detailed appreciation of the team’s objectives to complete a project successfully. Importantly, she is proactive in trying to get deals completed within an agreed timeline.
