Michael Phillips counsels domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in complex commercial disputes. Michael’s practice is focused on litigation and arbitration of specialty insurance disputes involving reinsurance, trade credit, and political risk coverage.
During law school, Michael worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Katharine H. Parker, Magistrate Judge, S.D.N.Y. and the Honorable Saliann Scarpulla, New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, New York, New York.
