Daniel Ruderman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and cross-border disputes. He represents insurers and corporate clients in matters involving marine, commodities, fine art and specie, renewable energy matters, fidelity bond, directors and officers, excess liability, and inland marine exposures. Daniel regularly assists clients with coverage analysis, litigation strategy, and disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving financial products, international transactions, renewable energy projects, and other complex commercial issues.
During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked in the music licensing industry, supporting clients in the entertainment and advertising sectors.
