Fabienne Ruttledge joined Clyde & Co in 2022 and qualified as an Associate in the firm’s leading Construction Professional Indemnity team in 2025.
Fabienne has experience defending construction professionals across all disciplines, including architects, engineers, design and build contractors, and surveyors. She works on high-value, complex claims through pre-action procedures, formal litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, and enjoys working alongside clients to resolve disputes.
She also regularly advises insurers on complex coverage issues, with a particular focus on professional indemnity insurance policies.
