Ahmed has advised on number of corporate transactions working with clients operating in the education, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate and technology sectors.
Ahmed is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, Ahmed completed an internship with a leading law firm in Cairo.
Ahmed is fluent in Arabic and English.

- Advising Capital for Securitization and Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co. (Bedaya) on the EGP 843 million securitization issuance for Bedaya, the first tranche of what is expected to be a total of a four-tranche programme with a value of EGP 3 billion.
- Advising a leading business association on the legal structuring for transferring its microfinance portfolio to a newly established microfinance company owned through a holding structure, including licensing and corporate governance.
