Arman is an experienced Associate with a practice spanning the Australian, New Zealand, U.S., and U.K. jurisdictions. Areas in which he advises clients consist of cyber, media and technology, including artificial intelligence, commercial negotiations, data protection and privacy, dispute resolution, fraud and white-collar crime, M&A and regulatory investigations.

Arman has acted for individuals, global insurers and S&P 500 companies across diverse sectors including agriculture, construction, financial services, food and beverage, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods, and technology.
Arman had conduct of Australia’s first high-profile cybercrime prosecution where he represented an individual subject to a global cyber investigation characterised as a ‘world first for any law enforcement agency’ that involved the alleged use of spyware and remote access trojans, following a multi-jurisdictional investigation in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France and the United States (investigated by the FBI).
Arman is a published author in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and investigations, data protection and white-collar crime.
He has appeared as a solicitor advocate in litigated matters before the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, as well as the Federal Court of Australia.
Arman holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Bond University and is entered on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
