Dylan Emily Sack focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling in a wide range of complex disputes, including commercial general liability, property, long-tail claims such as asbestos and environmental property damage, products, professional liability, and most recently Child Victims Act claims.
Dylan has experience representing domestic and international insurers in major insurance coverage cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has extensive experience advising and litigating on behalf of London Market insurers in coverage disputes concerning a variety of long-tail claims.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Dylan was a partner at a New York law firm focusing on insurance coverage litigation.
