Jeremy has over a decade of experience in construction law and dispute resolution, advising on complex, high-value projects across the Middle East and internationally. 

His practice focuses on construction disputes and arbitration, acting for main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and developers. He has represented clients in arbitrations under all of the major institutional rules, including DIAC, ICC,LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ad hoc proceedings and has acted as lead advocate in both the DIFC and ADGM Courts. Jeremy is also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as negotiation, mediation, and adjudication. In addition to contentious work, Jeremy regularly advises on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies during live projects. Jeremy is ranked as a ”Future Leader in Construction” (2026) by Lexology’s Who’s Who Legal. 

Jeremy completed an LLB in Advanced Legal Studies from University College London. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jeremy trained at a specialist construction law firm in the City of London before relocating to Dubai to spearhead that firm’s international expansion. He subsequently spent nearly eight years at another top tier construction law practice in the region. 

Jeremy was admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2013 and is licenced to practice in the United Arab Emirates.
