Ed Tarolli focuses on aviation and aerospace liability, to include product liability. Prior to his legal career, Ed was a US Navy helicopter pilot, with 10 years of experience flying both overseas and within the US civil aviation structure. He holds several FAA ratings to include Airplane - Single Engine, Rotorcraft - Helicopter, Instrument, and Commercial Pilot. His practice includes discovery, motion practice, expert and lay witness depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation. He has litigated in state and federal court in multiple jurisdictions, including high-stakes catastrophic aircraft mishaps.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Ed concentrated his practice on aviation general liability, premises liability, products liability, commercial contract disputes, satellite dispute litigation, and trademarks. Additionally, during his law studies he provided pro bono work to local veterans through the school’s legal clinic.
