Joseph Tennial serves as coverage counsel to domestic and international insurers, advising clients on complex insurance disputes. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex coverage disputes, including matters involving first- and third-party general liability coverage, professional liability, and construction defects. With extensive commercial litigation experience, Joseph has also represented corporate entities and municipalities in state and federal courts in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, mass tort, product liability, professional liability, and civil rights claims.
Prior to his legal career, Joseph worked in both state and federal government, where he addressed complex policy matters, collaborated with public agencies, and developed a strong understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
