Lauren J. Talan is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial litigation, insurance coverage advice, and litigation. Her past experience includes representing insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage disputes in the areas of management and professional liability, healthcare professional liability, first-party property, and admiralty, among others.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Lauren was Assistant General Counsel – Litigation for a global publicly traded company that provided business process services and solutions for businesses and governments. Lauren also spent over 15 years in private practice practicing complex commercial litigation and most recently with a Chicago-based law firm specializing in insurance coverage and disputes.
