Loïc’s practice focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation.

He advises and represents clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of leading arbitral institutions (including the ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID), and in ad hoc arbitrations. His experience spans a wide range of industries such as mining, construction, energy, telecommunications and defence, and includes acting for sovereign States, State-owned entities and private companies.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Loïc developed robust arbitration and litigation experience within leading French and international law firms in Paris.

He also regularly acts in commercial litigation before the French courts, with a particular focus on private international law issues and complex industrial disputes. In addition, he is involved in post-award proceedings, including annulment and enforcement proceedings before the French courts.

Loïc was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021. He holds an LL.M. in International Law from Paris Descartes University  and a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

He speaks French, English and Spanish.
