Vladyslava V. Turner is an experienced litigation attorney with substantial experience representing public agencies, corporations, businesses, and other entities in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her practice encompasses commercial and business litigation, employment and labor matters, admiralty and maritime law, complex tort, general liability, and personal injury cases. She has extensive experience handling matters in both California state and federal courts. Her background includes nearly 10 years of defense-side litigation experience, giving her a practical understanding of case strategy, risk analysis, negotiation, and trial preparation.
Known for her attention to detail and strong litigation skills, Vladyslava approaches each matter with careful legal analysis and a focus on developing practical litigation strategies designed to achieve efficient and effective resolutions. Earlier in her legal career, she clerked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, including in the Hardcore Gang, Grand Jury, General Crimes, and Organized Crime divisions.
Vladyslava earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She also holds a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages, with a concentration in English, German, and World Literature, from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University in Ukraine. She also studied at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Center for International Cooperation (MASHAV) in Haifa, Israel.
She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
