Ada Wittenberger is a senior counsel in our Montréal office where she has been practicing since 2015. She is a civil and commercial litigator, and her practice is focused on professional liability, E&O, D&O, and specialty insurance litigation. Ada is also a member of Clyde & Co’s North American Specialty & Investigations team, dealing with matters involving art and species insurance.
She has worked on a wide array of complex litigation and multi-jurisdictional arbitration matters, often collaborating with colleagues across our firm’s global offices.
Ada also sits on the board of directors of the Barreau du Québec and teaches at the Barreau du Québec’s Litigation Seminar.
