Hannah is Senior Associate specialising in defending clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution.
Hannah advises on a range of matters, including high value claims involving child and adult neurological injuries. She has a particular interest in secondary victim claims, having had conduct of two of the three conjoined landmark secondary victim cases that proceeded through the Supreme Court [Paul and Others (Appellants) v Royal Wolverhampton NHST (Respondent) UKSC/2022/0038].
She has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the Legal 500 on multiple occasions.
