Mark Wing is an insurance partner whose practice involves a wide range of contentious insurance and reinsurance areas albeit with a focus on UK and international property and product liability risks.

Day-to-day Mark advises insurers and reinsurers in relation to coverage disputes including fraudulent claims and undertakes subrogated recovery actions both in the UK and as coordinating counsel for international actions. Mark also defends liability claims on behalf of both insurers and manufacturers.

Mark provides practical and legal advice on non-contentious issues to insurers, manufacturers and local authorities in diverse areas such as product recall, policy wording and contract drafting.
