Tom is an insurance litigator specialising in defending construction professionals from professional indemnity claims. He acts for Design and Build Contractors, architects and other professionals in claims arising out of the construction of various types of building. Tom also regularly acts in relation to recovery claims and advises insurers on indemnity and policy coverage issues.

Tom has experience of litigating in the High Court (London and Birmingham), and of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms including mediation and adjudication.
