Jose Luis is part of the team advising airlines in the Madrid office in all kind of disputes, administrative proceeding by the local bodies (AESA, etc), contract reviews, etc. In particular, he is an expert in passengers claims brought under the Regulation (CE) 261/2004 an the Montreal Convention, and he regularly defends our clients in oral hearing before the Spanish courts.

During four years, Jose Luis has advised leading international airlines, gaining extensive knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework and the day-to-day practice of the aviation sector.

He joined Clyde & Co in December 2021.
