Levi Boor is an Associate at the Rotterdam office, where he focuses on liability and insurance related disputes. He has particular experience in Directors’ & Officers’ liability (coverage, defence and monitoring), professional liability, coverage disputes, and disciplinary law, advising insurers and professionals on complex claims and contentious matters.
Levi obtained his Master’s degree in Liability & Insurance law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, graduating cum laude. His thesis, addressing the compensability of lost income from undeclared work, received wide recognition and was awarded both the Beer Impuls Thesis Award and the VNAB Student of the Year Award.
He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2021 and began his legal career at Stadermann Luiten, which subsequently became part of Clyde & Co’s Rotterdam office. His academic work has also been published in a public-private law anthology, reflecting his interest in the intersection between liability law and broader policy considerations.
At Clyde & Co, Levi is part of a team specialising in insurance and liability law, regularly assisting ìnsurers with coverage disputes, litigation before Dutch courts, and advisory work within the insurance sector.
